LEED Office Buildings: 

  • Liberty Mutual’s state of the art LEED Gold building boasts an innovative raised floor system throughout it’s 350,000sf.** 

  • New England BioLab’s research and development facility headquarters has a winter-garden and an auditorium in Ipswich.***

Interior tenant improvement: 

  • Tenant fit-up for a Mountainside Children’s Center in an existing suburban office building in Framingham.* 

  • Walgreens**

  • Worcester Law Library**

  • 9500sf corporate cafeteria***

  • Idexx Laboratories 50,000sf interior office renovation***

Towers:

  • MediaOne Hotel and Office Tower in Dubai UAE ***

  • Omni Hotel, Providence RI ***

Retail & Mixed Use:

  • In Burlington an outdated retail plaza was rebranded with a new PureHockey anchor store while the existing shops remained in business.*

  • 21 Main is a new mixed-use building in the Center of Ashland.* 

  • Member’s First Credit Union: Architect of Record for a new bank in a town center.* 

 

Housing:

  • Local Housing Authorities various small repair and replacement projects for local housing authorities. These projects involve reports, design, public bidding and construction observation and all the required mandated paperwork.

Non-Profit & Religious: 

  • Metrowest Jewish Day School: interior renovation. Collaboration with Keren Project Management.

  • Connect Community Church, Ashland MA.*

  • For the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Ashland, InkinedDeisgn and GCE Architecture collaborated on the interior design, signage and wayfinding. 

  • Victory Programs exterior signage and building envelope repairs and design.***

  • Coordinated required architectural documentation for LEED registered projects.**

  • New England BioLabs in Ipswich MA*** 

  • Managed all aspects of BES projects from proposals thru construction. Clients include: UDR, Conway MA Elementary School, Berkeley Investments, EMC, Our Lady of Mount Carmel.**
