This client needed to make their house safe in case of fire. All of the existing bedroom windows were not sized for emergency egress- as is required by the building code. The project grew into completely reorganizing the bedrooms, adding a mudroom and rebuilding the entry steps. The ugly outdated siding was also replaced. It now looks and acts like a brand-new house even though it was done at much less the cost.
