Our housing projects are wide ranging - from new additional dwelling units to exterior ramps to accessible bathrooms to replacement windows. This work encompasses many aspects of the industry. The construction is of a residential nature however often the design and code related issues are of a commercial nature. Solutions for Housing Authorities are of an institutional quality in a residential environment. Solutions must comply with the commercial code, MAAB and ADA as well as state mandated design guidelines.

We’ve thought about how elderly residents use windows in various rooms in their apartments.We’ve thought about the best ways to route a ramp not only for wheelchairs but for strollers, mobility impaired individuals, and, really, for everyone. We’ve also thought about long-term solutions at lowest possible cost.
